W.I.P.: strange tentacle-monster-demon-thing

After weeks of staring at the unfinished canvas with these three nice guys, i couldn't take it anymore!

I quickly put some paint on the palette and rubbed it in with a painting knife. Didn't work so well, so i also used two brushes. A really nice new one for "special ocassions" only, but well, cannot get anything nice done being so cheap! The good (expensive) brush was a surprisingly new experience of painting.
Oops-drifting away again, back to the painting: I didn't care so much about what i was doing and i kinda like it the way it is right now. Took only one hour and 2 smoke-breaks.
Next time will be tough, getting into the pic again with this impulse and all...
